Booking Terms and Conditions

• The renter must have a valid driver’s license and be valid during the agreed rent period.

• The renter must be more than 28 years of age and at least two years of seniority in the license.

• Only original driver’s licenses will be accepted.

Send the following documents to the company’s WhatsApp 00201010205002:

• Required duration* / Car type / Arrival airport.
• Confirmed flight booking.
• Valid Passport.
• Valid National ID.
• Valid Personal ID (of country of residence).
• Valid Driving license (Egyptian or international).
• Proof of address in Egypt (Utility bill).
• Egyptian contact phone number (if currently available).

* Minimum rental duration is 15 days.

• Signing a rental contract.
• Signing a car receipt acknowledgement.
• Original passports (for review).

• Payment Terms:

1. 50% of the rental price is payable within 48 hours of receiving the booking confirmation to ensure the client’s commitment.
2. The remaining balance is due upon vehicle pickup.
3. A refundable security deposit of EGP 10,000 is required for Egyptians and USD 1,000 for non-Egyptians.

• Payment method:

1. From abroad, bank transfers to the company’s accounts and InstaPay are available.
2. Direct payment at the company’s headquarters.
3. The remaining balance can be paid upon airport pickup (cash, bank transfer, InstaPay, Visa, or Mastercard).

• Car Driving: Only the Renter registered in the contract is authorized to drive the car. It is strictly forbidden to authorize any other person to drive under any circumstances.
• Compliance with Traffic Rules: The Renter is obligated to fully comply with the rules of the Egyptian Traffic Law and the specified speed limits.
• Car Parking: The Renter is responsible for providing a safe parking place for the car in official parking lots and public garages.
• Fuel Requirement and Return: The renter is required to use only 92/95 octane gasoline. The renter shall be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of other fuel types. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup; any deficiency will be charged at the prevailing market rate.
• Mileage Calculation: The Renter shall pay (5 Egyptian Pounds) for each additional kilometer exceeding the distance specified in the contract.

In the event of an accident (God forbid), the Renter must immediately follow these procedures:

1. Notify the Company immediately.
2. File an official accident report at the police station in the area where the accident occurred.
3. Conduct an inspection of the accident scene under the supervision of the Company.

• Tracking System (GPS): The car is subject to a GPS tracking system that records speed and movement, and its report is considered the sole approved reference.
• Renter’s Deductible: The Renter shall bear 20% of the cost of repair and spare parts, based on the report issued by an authorized service center of the Company.
• Car Downtime: The Renter shall bear the cost of the car’s downtime for repairs, based on the report issued by the authorized service center of the Company.

Important Notes Regarding Insurance:

• Traffic Violations: If it is proven that the accident resulted from a traffic violation (such as speeding or non-compliance with traffic rules and laws), the accident is considered negligence and intentional damage, and is excluded from comprehensive insurance coverage.
• Bearing Costs in Case of Negligence: In case of negligence, the Renter shall bear the full cost of repairing the car, and in case of total loss, shall be obligated to pay its full market value plus a misuse penalty (1000 US dollars or its equivalent in Egyptian pounds at the time of payment).
• Mechanical Failures and Unauthorized Maintenance: Mechanical failures are excluded from comprehensive insurance coverage, and the renter is fully responsible for their repair costs according to a report issued by an authorized service center of the Company, and this report is considered a final reference. Any maintenance or repair of the rented car without prior written consent from the Company is prohibited; any violation of this is considered a breach of the contract, which will result in the cancellation of the comprehensive insurance coverage and the renter bearing all necessary expenses and repairs according to the report issued by the authorized center.
• Insurance does not cover the cost of the car’s downtime for repairs or any accidents resulting from the Renter’s negligence.

Comprehensive Insurance Coverage Ratios (with the application of the terms and conditions):

The Renter shall bear the following percentages:

• Accidents: 20% of the repair cost.
• Fire: 50% of the car’s value stated in the car receipt acknowledgment.
• Theft by Burglary: 65% of the car’s value stated in the car receipt acknowledgment.

• The down payment is not refunded; this amount is considered as compensation for cancellation of the booking.
• In case of early termination by the renter, no amount will be refunded for the remaining period.
• Auto rental periods are not renewed or extended automatically. The request to extend the rent period is treated as a new booking and subject to availability and new prices.
• The name on the confirmation of the car reservation should be the same as the person driving or renting the car at the time of receipt.

• Luxurious limousine services (Mercedes – BMW – Range Rover – Land Cruiser – Pajero).
• Luxury cars for weddings (Stretch – Mercedes – BMW – Range Rover – Land Cruiser – Pajero).
• Special rates for long-term rental.
